Smoked/ BBQ Meatballs.

Prepare meatballs as you usually do. Heat smoker to 190 F. Using 6 Hickory bisquettes, smoke meatballs three hours. Place smoked meatballs into your favorite BBQ sauce.



Note: The USDA recommends that you use a cabinet temperature of 225°F or higher when smoking uncured ground meat.


Deb Leg's comments: Man, where they good. I took them to a party and even one raved how good they were. They were all eaten within two hours!
