Greetings Fellow Food Smokers!
Originally this site was created for the members of the Bradley Smoker Forums. It is a collection of our time test recipes along with important information for the home food smoker.
Its role has now expanded as we have become a member of "The Smoke Ring." Its primary function is still the same--a place not only to add a great recipe, but to have easy access to recipes created by other food smokers. All members (Bradley and Non-Bradley) of this site are invited to post a recipe or use any recipe listed here. :D
This site is free to all Food Smokers Under The Sun to include the use of our chat rooms. We offer a regular chat as well as an VoIP (Voice Over IP) chat. We claim no ownership or copyright to any recipe listed here.
The only rules to remember here are:

No Trash Talking About Any Type Of Smoker Unit.
