New to Bradley Smoker world

Hello all! My name is Paul, I live in Tampa, FL. Yesterday (3/18) I purchased a new SS Bradley Smoker from the Bass Pro Shop in Orlando, FL. Today I'm smoking a few racks of elk jerky. Since this is my first experience with a Bradley, I had some questions. I'm totally excited about the forums and abundance of information I've found online. It's like a big happy family here. I'm looking forward to many hours of smoking and trying new recipes. :)
