Yeah, I see by the right hand corner the last time I logged in was 2/22/2006 - almost 5 months ago - I'm a bad boy to say the least.

Anyway, hope everyone is fine out there in smokeland, things are fine up here in the Pacific Northwest and I'm looking for a sausage recipe that primarily uses beef. If anyone has one besides Jaeger's beef sticks, please let me know.

Old, the "pups" never showed...
I continue to do pork butts; chickens; turkey and salmon out there and the occassional summer sausage.

Ah, hang on, I gotta get another sip of the juniper juice...there, that's better.

Just got done mowing the fields, a long trip to Boise and another trip to Las Vegas and then Denver coming up...it's a wonder I can smoke anything but life is real good to us up here.

Ya'll take care out there and lemme know when a good beef sausage recipe hit's town!

I got caught off guard one night and we had a flash freeze. I lost every pup. I'm down to 6 plants, with one trying to fruit.

I begin to wonder if in fact you had got lost up there in the woods. Good to see ya back.

Bummer on the pups Olds. At least you were able to save a few for next season. Work has been taking more and more time as things change and evolve in the Insurance Industry that's for sure! Take care out there!
