Another newbie..

My wife and kids surprised me with an Original Bradley for Christnas this year! I've been cooking on a grill for years, most recently with a Weber Genesis Silver equipped with an EZ-Que rotisserie (which I strongly recommend for anyone that uses a rotisserie). It's a great grill and holds a rock steady 225 when I cook roasts. The Bradley has opened up a whole new world of gastric delights. I'm glad to have found this place and I hope I can eventually contribute.

I've been lurking for a few weeks now and I can't find the cleaned up PID thread after the server changeover - does it still exist?
