Ingrediants : Pre-packaged very thinly sliced corned beef. Horse Radish. Cream cheese.
Mix up cream cheese and horse radish to taste. (It is easier to mix if you let the cream cheese warm up a bit) A little goes a long way on this paste.
Take 3 slices of meat and glue the ends together (end to end) with paste mixture to make a long piece. Keep in mind that you are going to roll this up so be careful how you paste them together.
Spread a very thin layer of paste over one side of the meat.
Now tightly roll and fasten together with paste. When rolling, it should be as long a a single slice of meat.
Chill in frig and then slice into small pin wheels and serve.
If you do not want to take the time to be fancy with them, don't bother to slice, just eat them in the roll form.
