Hello,
I'm having some difficulty finding meat cure. The recipes I have call for instacure or Mortons Tender Quick Salt. Morton's is not sold in Canada as far as I know and I've had to order the instacure. I have found a product called Prague Power 5-200. Is the same thing? Can I substitute Prague for the other cures in a jerky recipe?
