New Smoker Question [Archive]

Hello,

I'm having some difficulty finding meat cure. The recipes I have call for instacure or Mortons Tender Quick Salt. Morton's is not sold in Canada as far as I know and I've had to order the instacure. I have found a product called Prague Power 5-200. Is the same thing? Can I substitute Prague for the other cures in a jerky recipe?

Post this question on the Bradley Food Smoker Forums as there are folks there from Canada and I'm in Florida.

I remember once before that this question came up but I don't remember the replies.
