Smoking Duck (Marc) has been kind enough to provide us with another excel workbook. If you recall the first was a Smoking Log specific to the Bradley smoker. Now he has provided us with a excel workbook to track our herb, spice and condiment inventory. Many of the measurements are rounded off, so do not use this to calculate how much ingredients should be added to a recipe.

This version is in Microsoft Excel format. The file you will be downloading is a self-extracting zip file with an extension of .exe. It contains one excel file (.xlsx), and one .pdf file. So you will need Microsoft Excel 2007, and a .pdf reader such as Acrobat Reader 5 or newer. For those who have an earlier version of Excel, when you open the .xlsx file you may be prompted to go to the Microsoft download site and download a patch which will enable you to read and modify this file.
When you click on the link below you will be prompted to either "Run" or "Save" the file. I suggest you save the file to a location on your hard drive, and then run it. Once you have it saved to your hard drive, double click on the file. This will run the self-extracting program. Use the browse button to save the .xlsx and .pdf files to the directory of your choice, or create a new directory. After the file has been extracted and saved, you will be able to run the files with the appropriate software.
