Just thought I would drop a line here to introduce myself to the forum. I have been using this forum for a few years. I have used lots of the recipes that you all have posted, and have been very pleased with them. I am in the process of converting my DBS over to the dual element upgrade and fan upgrade using all, ok well almost all Bradley spare parts. I have been taking pictures as I go, so I will post them when I get everything complete. I am actually working on this upgrade project with a fellow smoker buddy of mine and we are both coming up with some pretty decent ideas for other modifications as well. We are using both digital 4 rack and digital 6 rack smokers.
