Good day. I smoked a 12.5 pound whole chicken on the weekend. I threw a bunch of seasoning together to make my injectable and then pumped the bird up. 5 hours @ 225f over hickory smoke. Yummy!!!!! And now we also have a wonderful chicken stock base for soup as well!
Are there any special things you need to do before cold smoking cheese to keep from getting some bug?
